“…you can have a conversation with them about long-term risk in a portfolio because of changes in social issues and changes in climate, you’re going to connect with them on something that they feel conversant in, they get the chance to tell you something that’s important to them and you get to listen. As an advisor, that’s really our job: to listen, and then to take that information and do the deep analysis on it and come back with an appropriate, researched investment.”
